Hi, we are Perry + Jeanien Meyer.
We started offering vacation rentals almost 10 years ago when we needed to finish up a remodeling project but were a bit short on cash. We had a small studio apartment in our garage we built for visiting family and friends that we thought we'd try offering to folks vacationing in Colorado. That rental was super popular and so we decided to continue renting even after our remodel was paid for...which helped us purchase a place on a lake in Minnesota near our aging parents and daughter's family. That place has been a super fun place to play with grandkids and gather with family!
Our rentals in Colorado and Minnesota will help us supplement our retirement as we look forward to spending those years enjoying our family.
